簡單介紹

MicroDuits**于開發(fā)高質(zhì)量的細胞培養(yǎng)設(shè)備來滿足這些需求，利用這些設(shè)備可能對細胞的力學狀態(tài)進行測量；MechProfiler軟件可用于從光學顯微鏡拍攝的細胞圖片中提取細胞力學參數(shù)（力/微柱、微柱坐標、微柱形變、細胞的應(yīng)變和應(yīng)力分布等）

Starter Kit

  • Cover glass substrate with protein coated micropost array 

          assembled into a small Petri dish

  • MechProfiler image analysis software 

          (supplied on USB stick)

  • Software manual with example images for training purposes

          Product manual including assay protocol for studying single-cells


Cells adhere and grow well on silicone microposts only if they are coated with extra cellular matrix (EDM) proteins. Our standard coatings are either fibronectin or collagen I.  In case your mechanosensitive assay requires a different ECM coating or you are not sure which coating is right for you. No problem just contact us and we figure it out.

MechProfiler


MechProfiler is the result of the successful collaboration of the MicroDuits team with Prof Jess Snedeker's group at Balgrist, Zurich Switzerland. It was designed to help researchers extracting the mechanobiological relevant properties of cells imaged using light microscopy.

It is free of charge and has been extensively tested under Windows 7 (64-bit). MechProfiler uses a Matlab Compiler Runtime, which provides Matlab functionality for end-users without requiring Matlab licences.
